    1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
    1 T. Olive oil
    Garlic cloves, peeled and crushed- but whole


Heat olive oil in saute pan. Add 2 garlic cloves to warmed oil. Add dried rosemary. Let oil infuse for about 1-2 minutes on medium heat. Then add in the tomatoes and heat through. Toss with fresh basil and parsley. Salt and pepper if desired.

  • Very good use for my extra grape tomatoes. Put this over pasta and added some baked chicken and it made a great meal. - 4/14/11

  • I used fresh rosemary in the warmed oil; then allowed it to cool slightly. I added it to the tomatoes then tossed in the fresh basil and parsley. I added sea salt and and freshly ground pepper before serving. - 8/9/09
