Ingredients

    1/2 cup black or brown rice
    1/2 a large onion
    1/2 a green pepper
    1/2 a package of ground turkey (approx 450g)
    2 heaping tsp of Patak's curry

Directions

boil the rice;
cook the onion and pepper in oil then drain and add in the turkey - "brown" the turkey and drain - add in the Patak's sauce then add in the rice, mix thoroughly
