Ingredients

    2lb 93/7 lean beef
    I can red kidney beans
    1 can ranch style beans
    1 can tomato sauce
    4 small cans tomato juice (5.5 ounce cans)
    1 can diced tomato
    4 tbps chili powder
    2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 tbps minced garlic
    1 lg onion
    2 sm bell pepper

Directions

Layer bottom of pot EVO
cook down onions and peppers
add meat and garlic, cook completely
add all other ingredients
