Introduction

Ingredients

10 oz. ground turkey
1/4 cup minced white onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 egg white from large egg
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. sea salt
1 cup soft bread crumbs(see tip)
Tips
**Use STALE bread to make soft bread crumbs. Fresh bread can be left out overnight. Place bread in food processor and process into crumbs. DO NOT use dry bread crumbs.
Directions
1. Place ground turkey in large bowl. Mix in onion and garlic.
2. Mix egg white, milk, Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, black pepper, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, allspice, and sea salt in separate bowl.
3. Add egg mixture to ground turkey mixture. Add bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly.
4. Mixture will be loose. Let set for five minutes.
5. Fry 1 tsp. of mixture in skillet. Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
6. Measure out to make 12 meatballs.
7. Can be baked in oven on oiled cookie sheet or sautéed in olive oil in skillet on stovetop.
Serving Size: Makes 12 meatballs.
