Ingredients

4 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup nuts (I used almonds)
2/3 cup apple juice concentrate
2 T honey
2 T dark brown sugar
2 t oil
pinch of salt
1-2 t ground cinnamon
1/2 pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup dried fruit
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Mix oats, wheat germ, and nuts in a large bowl.
In a small pan warm up the apple juice concentrate, honey, brown sugar, oil, salt and cinnamon.
Add apple mix to oats and mix together well. Spread out in 2 greased pans and bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After 20 minutes, add the sunflower and pumpkin seeds; cook for 5 minutes more.
Remove and add the dried fruit.
Let cool and store in airtight containers.
Each serving size is 1/4 cup, recipe makes 30 servings.
