Ingredients

    1 Pillsbury pizza crust
    1 cup fat free ricotta cheese
    1/4 cup fat free mozzarella
    1 10 oz package of frozen spinach, squeezed dry
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 tsp olive oil
    italian seasoning to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    salt to taste

Directions

1. Saute onion in the olive oil. Add the garlic once the onion is translucent. Chop up the tomatos and add. Add the drained spinach, season to taste, and cook through.
2. Take the cheeses and add to the spinach mixture.
3. Spread out the pizza crust and cut into 6 pieces. Stretch the pieces out to the desired thickness, then spread the spinach mixture in the middle. Pinch the sides together and place on a cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 min, or until the dough is nicely browned.
