Ingredients

2.5 cups Fromage Blanc cheese (or the amount made at home from 1 gallon of milk), chilled
1.75 cups nonfat milk (that you would normally use to mix with 1 small box of pudding mix to make pie filling)
1 small package VANILLA fat free, sugar free pudding mix
1 can of peaches in lite syrup, drained and rinsed.
.25 cup splenda or to taste.
Directions
Put fromage blanc cheese in a deep mixing bowl. Slowly add 1 3/4 cup milk while mixing with a hand mixer. Add peaches and splenda. Mix well. Add pudding mix. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until well chilled. Makes at least 16 servings.
Optional: Can be spooned into graham cracker or other crust and then chilled for a nice pie.
