Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 & 1/2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp unsweetened organic applesauce
1 & 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2) In a small bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together. Set aside.
3) Combine the eggs, banana. honey, oil, applesauce and lemon until well combined.
4) Stir in the dry ingredients to the wet until just combined. Do not over mix!
5) Immediately pour into a 8x4x2 loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes one loaf
