Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 pound of ground beef
1 package of McCormick Enchilada Sauce Mix
1 small package of Mexican Velveeta Cheese
1 package of corn or flour tortillas
1 cup of shredded American cheese
Directions
*Preheat oven to 350.
*Brown ground beef.
*Prepare Enchilada sauce mix as directed on packet. Set aside.
*Drain beef.
*In bowl, mix about 3/4 of the sauce with beef. Save the rest to cover the top of the enchiladas.
*Sprinkle a little bit of the shredded cheese on the tortilla.
*Add meat and roll up. Place in a cake pan or other baking dish. (For easy clean up, cover the bottom of your dish with foil, spray with PAM.)
*Repeat until finished.
*Pour the remainder of the sauce over the tortillas.
*Place thin slices of Mexican Velveeta Cheese on top of each enchilada.
*Cover with foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
