Ingredients

1 Large can pear halves in heavy syrup (reserve the juice)
    4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 cups frozen Cranberry Raspberry juice prepared according to can directions (divided)

Directions

Prepare frozen concentrate juice as directed on the can and place in the fridge." RESERVING THE JUICE" drain the can of pears. Dice the pears in small pieces and set aside. Place the pear juice in a pot (if it doesn't add up to at least one cup add a little water) and add 2 cups of the prepared cranberry raspberry juice with it. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile, place one cup of cranberry raspberry juice in a large bowl. Sprinkle 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin over the juice and let stand at least 1 minute. Stir in the hot juice until the gelatin completely dissolves, about 5 minutes. Pour into 6 same size containers or pour into a 9X13 pan for ease in dividing later. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
