    2 cans Albacore Tuna
    4 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
    1/4 cup capers, drained
    1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 medium scallions, chopped
    salt & pepper to taste

    This is great for a party as the yield is very generous. I made half of the recipe and was able to stretch it for a few days for lunch. Great room temp or cold. I love Ina and I love this recipe! Thanks for posting, I had it for lunch today. - 4/29/15
