Ingredients

    1 sweet onion
    1 red bell pepper
    2 tsp olive oil
    1lb smoked turkey sausage
    2 cups red grapes
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Cut onion into slivers; cut red pepper into 1/2 inch pieces
2. In large nonstick skillet over medium, heat oil. Add sausage around edges of pan; add onion and pepper in center. Cook, partially covered, until sausage is browned on first side, 6 mins.
3. Turn sausage; stir grapes into onion mixture. cover and cook until vegetables are tender and sausage is cooked through, about 6 mins. Increase heat to high; stir in vinegar, salt and pepper. cook until reduced to saucy consistency, about 3 mins.
