Introduction

Ingredients

    • 8 oz cream cheese (full fat)
    • 2 cups of shredded chicken breast (or 12.5 oz canned chicken in water)
    • ½ cup of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
    • 2-4 shakes of Tabasco Sauce (to taste)
    • 1 cup chopped celery
    • ½ cup of full-fat Greek Yogurt
    • ½ tsp of dill weed
    • ½ tsp of onion powder
    • 1-2 tsp of minced garlic
    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
    • ½ cup Bleu cheese crumbles

Tips

Serve with veggies such as celery and carrots!


Directions

1. Spread block of cream cheese in a pie dish.
2. In a separate bowl, toss chicken and celery in Frank's sauce. Add hot sauce to taste. Layer on top to cream cheese.
3. In the bowl you just emptied, mix dill weed, onion powder, and minced garlic with Greek yogurt. Use a butter knife to layer on top of chicken.
4. Layer with mozzarella cheese.
5. Sprinkle with Bleu Cheese crumbles.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
