2/3 Cup GF Baking & Pancake Mix; Pamela's
2 Eggs
3/4 C. Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 stick Butter, unsalted
3/4 C Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 C Ghirardelli Chocolate 60& Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
mix sugar, vanilla, eggs and butter together.
In seperate bowl mix dry ingredients. Dump dry into wet ingredients and add chips. Spoon tblsp into mini muffin tins. Bake for 350 degrees for 14 minutes.
