Introduction

Made without Cabbage, but still full of veggies. Very easy, it takes no time at all to prep, and with the slow cooker, cooking takes no effort or attention. Ingredients

    2 1/2 lbs packaged corned beef brisket, with seasonings
    1 can whole white potatoes, drained
    1 can mixed vegetables, drained
    5 small boiler onions, halved
    1 cup water

Directions

open and drain cans. peel and halve onions. throw into slow cooker, add water. put brisket on top of veggies and sprinkle seasoning across. cook on low heat for 8 1/2 hours.
