    8 slices of bread cut corner to corner
    3 eggs
    3 tbsp milk
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp vanilla


Combine everything, except the bread and oil into a shallow pan. beat until combined. Pre-heat a skillet with oil. Coat bread with egg mixture and cook in pan until golden brown. Serves 8

  • This was good with the exception of too much cinnamon for my hubby's tastes. I think next time I make it I'll just use less cinnamon and he'll like it too. :)
