Introduction
I was inspired by another recipe, Qunioa Meatloaf Muffins by DREWJSPH02. It was like "boom" brilliant! By using a muffin tin, you get built in portion control. These freeze really well for later, great for batch meal prep. I was inspired by another recipe, Qunioa Meatloaf Muffins by DREWJSPH02. It was like "boom" brilliant!
