Ingredients

    8 large eggs
    salt & pepper
    1 package Arnold's 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
    8 - 1oz slices swiss cheese
    3 oz Boar's Head Buffalo Chicken
    3 oz Boar's Head Roast Beef
    salt & pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and crack an egg in each of 8 cups.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on your egg preference.

Meanwhile, prepare 8 sandwich-size freezer bags or sheets of aluminum foil, placing an Arnold's thin on each piece.
Add 3/4 oz of deli meat on each sandwich, half using chicken and half using beef.
Add a slice of cheese to each sandwich.

When eggs are done, remove from oven and set tin on cooling rack. Allow to cool for 2-4 minuts.
Spoon one egg onto each sandwich and wrap for the freezer.

When ready to eat, remove from freezer and heat in microwave for 90 minutes.
