Introduction

A great snack if you just want to have a bte of something. A great snack if you just want to have a bte of something.

Ingredients

    15 Medjool dates
    3 T cocoa powder* (plus more for rolling)
    1 cup almonds
    ¼ cup hot water

Directions

Add dates to a food processor and blend until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until ingredients form a paste. Dump dough onto a piece of waxed paper and form a 6 x 6 inch square. Allow to rest a minute. Using a knife, cut into 16 equal portions. Roll into a ball on a lightly dust surface with extra cocoa powder.
