Ingredients

    7 oz orzo, uncooked
    2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
    16 oz persian cucumbers, diced
    1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
    4 tbsp feta cheese
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped parsley to taste

Directions

Cook Orzo; combine all ingredients except oil and vinegar. Mix oil and vinegar and stir into other ingredients; season.
