2.5lb Boneless Pork Shoulder
2 - 15oz cans of hominy
2 - 4oz cans of green chilies
3 sweet onions
4 cloves of garlic
8 medium tomatillos
0.75 C Chicken Stock
4T Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Cut pork into 1 inch cubes season with Cumin, Salt and pepper, and brown in skillet, put in crock pot
Use Chicken Stock to de-glaze the skillet, put liquid in crock pot
Use food processor to chop onions and garlic, put in crock pot
Use food processor to chop tomatillos, put in crock pot
Cook on low for 4 hours in crock pot
Add Hominy, cook for another hour
