Recipe for one using the George Foreman Grill. Broiler works fine too. Quick and simple. Plus a great way to get in your Omega 3's. Just add a side of fresh veggies. Ingredients

    1 Salmon fillet (5-6 oz)
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter flavored spray or PAM.
2 Tbsp fat free or reduced sour cream
    2 tsp dill weed, dried
    1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Dill weed sauce:
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice and dill weed. Stir until mixed well. Refrigerate until salmon is prepared.

Salmon Fillet:
Heat up George Foreman or broiler. Once heated, spray moderately with spray.

Cook salmon steaks until lightly browned and flaky, turning only once. **With George Foreman may have to press down on handle in order to properly sear the steaks.**

Remove fillet from grill once done. Spoon dill weed sauce atop.

  • Excellent. Would like to try it with fresh dill and have time to let the sauce sit to blend the flavors. - 3/18/11

  • Incredible!
I made too much and used the leftovers for lunch the next day. It was still fantastic, even warmed up in the microwave. This will become a regular part of my menu. - 4/7/09
