Ingredients

    1 Salmon fillet (5-6 oz)
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter flavored spray or PAM.
2 Tbsp fat free or reduced sour cream
    2 tsp dill weed, dried
    1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Dill weed sauce:
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice and dill weed. Stir until mixed well. Refrigerate until salmon is prepared.

Salmon Fillet:
Heat up George Foreman or broiler. Once heated, spray moderately with spray.

Cook salmon steaks until lightly browned and flaky, turning only once. **With George Foreman may have to press down on handle in order to properly sear the steaks.**

Remove fillet from grill once done. Spoon dill weed sauce atop.

Excellent. Would like to try it with fresh dill and have time to let the sauce sit to blend the flavors. - 3/18/11

    Incredible!
I made too much and used the leftovers for lunch the next day. It was still fantastic, even warmed up in the microwave. This will become a regular part of my menu. - 4/7/09
