Ingredients

    1 skinned/pitted avocado
    1 Tbsp lime juice
    1 pinch sea salt
    1 clove garlic
    1C plain low fat yogurt

    Optional Garnishes
    salsa
    sour cream
    cheese
    mint

Tips

Tis dish. paired with tomatoes, peppers, early Summer fruits, lemonade, or iced tea, is an excellent alternative to barbecued meat in the heat of Summer!!


Directions

Combine avocado, lime juice, sea salt, garlic, & yogurt in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowls. Garnish, if desired, with salsa, sour cream, cheese, or mint. Serve immediately.
