Ingredients

    3 lbs ground beef (this recipe is for 93% lean)
    1 cup finely diced white onion
    4 tsp ketchup
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce (i used Lea & Perrin's low sodium in this recipe)
    3-4 tbs cajun seasoning

Tips

I formed mine about a half-inch thick and 4 in diameter. I oven-baked mine and they turned out ok, a touch dry. They lost diameter as they cooked, but not thickness.


Directions

Combine ingredients well. Use your hands.
Make 13 evenly-shaped balls, then form into patties. Prepare on grill, in skillet, or in oven. Ensure they reach an internal temp of 165 F.
