Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    300 grams pasta cooked
    12 oz deli chicken diced
    1 sweet bell pepper diced (I used red and yellow)
    1 sweet onion diced
    1/2 cup sour cream,
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1/4 cup light mayo
    1/3 cup raisins
    1 tsp curry powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 mangos diced into small pieces

Directions

Cook pasta to desired stage. Meanwhile dice the bell peppers, onion and mangos. Mix sour cream, yogurt and light mayo with curry powder and salt. Mix with hot, drained pasta. Let cool about 15 minutes. Then add the chicken, and the mango and cool til ready to serve.

Serving Size: Serves 8 generously
