Ingredients

    1.25 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 cup of whole grain brown rice (cooks in 10 minute type)
    1 can of Campbell's healthy choice cream of chicken soup
    1 can of water
    Pepper and paprika to taste

Directions

In an 8x8 glass baking dish, empty the cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water
Mix thoroughly
Add 1 cup of uncooked brown rice
Add 1.25 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 3-4 oz pieces (3 large breasts cut in half is what mine came out to be)
Add pepper to taste and a sprinkling of paprika
Cook at 375 for 45 minutes
