Ingredients

4 oz Fish Tuna, Great Value, (by KEN_LETIZIA)
6 tbsp Kraft Mayo - Real Mayonnaise
    1 serving Barilla Penne Pasta
3 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish, Mount Olive (by KADOLLAN12)
    3 tbsp Hard Boiled Egg
0.25 tsp Creole Seasoning, Tony Chachere's (by TUESDAYS)

Tips

Can use light mayo and can exclude the relish. The relish, in my opinion, ties it altogether. Also, you can easily replace the tuna fish with canned chicken. Same steps otherwise. Great with bowtie noodles or macaroni noodles.

Directions

Boil water in a medium sauce pan. Once it has reached a rolling boil, add penne pasta noodles. Let cook till edible. Strain noodles and set aside. In a small sauce pan, boil two large eggs. Once the eggs reach a rolling boil, set a timer for 7 minutes. When the 7 minutes is up, remove eggs from burner, strain water, and run eggs over cold water or put in ice water for a few minutes until cool. Peel eggs and remove yolk. Take a potato smasher and chop eggs until they are in small pieces. Add one can of tuna to the eggs and tear apart with a fork. Then combine eggs and tuna mixture with the noodles. Add mayonnaise, relish and Tony's. Stir together. Enjoy!
