Ingredients

    8 oz Cream Cheese, cubed
    3 cans (14.25 oz each) whole kernel corn (no-salt added), drained
    1 can Mild Ro-tel, drained
    1 packet Taco Bell Original Taco Seasoning

Directions

Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in medium saucepan on low- medium heat & cook till corn heated through. Add cubes of cream cheese & put on low heat till cream cheese melted. Stir thoroughly so cream cheese incorporated all throughout.

Serving Size: makes approx. 5.5 1-cup servings
