    Very Good! I substituted EggBeaters for the egg & mixed the Salsa right in with the egg before cooking.
    I'm going to try making a batch of these and freezing them for quick breakfasts. That did work for me once before.

  • Tried this out this morning and it has a really nice taste to it! I used 2% shredded cheese and egg whites instead but it still turned out delicious! - 11/9/11
