fast and easy......my kind of breakfast. even if I am not going anywhere. I used fat free cheese but it is still great.
Because of the sodium I just leave out the cheese and bacon bits and use whole wheat tortillas for the extra fiber!
My family enjoys them on the go, but I replace them with 2 slice of cooked bacon, fat free cheese.
