Nutrition & Calorie Comments

How many to a serving...one
lots of calories for one but sounds good
Carb count is through the roof, so I'll use full fat sour cream and cheese & some healthy oil to bring it down, omit corn & add some sauteed onion, a big dash of chilpotle sauce and cubed avocado on the side.
The carb count is out of my realm. I'm diabetic and at most can only use 45 grams of carbs per meal. It sure sounds good tho. The person with the idea of eliminating the tortilla has a good idea.
too high in carb for the fiber count. Would probably try this without the tortilla, and just throw it on a salad instead.
yummy, protein packed and easy to veganize. try sour supreem and veganrella as substitutes and using cumin in place of some of the chili powder in order to turn down the heat.
I haven't made this, but with 56 g of carbs and 373 calories, I'm looking for something leaner wtih more "bang for the buck"...sorry...not for me...
