Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Olive oil is better than butter. You can roast the spices and add to the olive oil and the chicken it will give it a lot of flavour; skip adobe sauce. I don't think this recipe is fattening & cut down on the salt. Great one.
I love mangoes and mixing them with ground turkey sparks my interest. Would change afew things to help lower the fat content. Will shop for the ingreients and give it a try
This has way too much salt for my implementation of spark, unfortunately..sounds great tho
Calories sound too high for me.
The fat content is higher than I would care for, yet still a good recipe.
Yummy! This is not overly high in fat as another rater suggested, and substituting the butter for olive oil would ensure a heart healthy meal!
These were great. I switched the peppers to one jalapeno, cut the mangos to 1 cup, and omitted the butter to make them a bit lower in fat. Great flavor and very filling!
too high in fat
This is a yummy recipe. I like the combination of salty, sweet, and spicy. I substituted the turkey with chicken and the raisins with craisins one night when I didn't have turkey or raisins.
