Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was excellent. I will definitely be making again! I used more cheese on top, but the calorie count remained reasonable. And hubby loved it, too.
I made this using low carb tortillas and added a can of drained mexicorn. It was fabulous! Will definitely make again
I had to modify due to sodium content, but this was a REALLY GOOD recipe! DH RAVED about it, I really liked it a LOT and DD thought it was too 'spicy'. (I put 2 Tbsp jalapenos --- ooh! She's a lightweight!) Very tasty, very easy!
First made this recipe 30 years ago when I lived in Texas (home of the King Ranch). This is absolutely fabulous!!! I love the substitution of the lowfat soup and I am so happy to have the nutritional values so that I can figure my WW points. Thanks!!!
Too soupy and not creamy enough for our tastes. I guess I'm stuck with the full-fat version!
