Spinach Artichoke Recipes

This dish is almost fat-free, but is still very creamy and tasty.

A new twist on one of my favorite recipes as a vegetarian, now made vegan.

EXCELLENT as a dip or served over pasta. Makes five 3/4 cup servings when served over pasta. You can get more servings if you use smaller portions as a dip.

This is a mayo-free, lowfat alternative to most other spinach and artichoke dips, and includes pepperjack cheese for an extra kick!

This is a great alternative to high-fat dips and is my go-to appetizer for company.

This is equally good as a schmear between tortillas for a fake quesadilla, or on bagels in the morning! For parties, serve with your favourite crudites and pretzel rods.

This recipe is delicious! I use low fat mozzarella, you can use light, cream swiss cheese if you wish. Also, I use Tony Chachere's instead of cayenne

For this recipe I specifically use the Follow Your Heart VeganEgg and Mozzarella Shreds; while another vegan cheese can be used instead, I haven't tried any other egg substitute with this recipe.
