Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can (13.75 oz) artichoke hearts, drained (NOT marinated)
    1 cup (8 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/2 cup (4 oz) Fat free cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup (4 oz) Fat free sour cream
    1/2 cup (4 oz) pepper jack cheese, shredded
    1 garlic clove, minced
    about 1/8 tsp dry basil (if desired)

    For dipping:

    Wheat Thins or Triscuits (Tastes great with Rosemary & Olive Oil Triscuits!)

    Or try celery for a healthier alternative

    NOTE: Nutritional information DOES NOT include crackers.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Chop artichoke hearts (or puree, if desired)
3. Combine all ingredients, stir until well mixed
4. Place in 8x8 greased baking pan (I used Bak-Klene) and press into corners until flattened
5. Bake for 30 minutes

Makes about 8 servings
