Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16 oz of fat free cream cheese
    2 cans of Artichoke hearts (the non marinated kind)
    15 oz of lump crab meat
    10 oz frozen spinach
    1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook frozen spinach in microwave and press between two towels to remove all the water. Combine all ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Bake at 375 for 30 min.

Serve with fresh veggies and bagel chips.

Serves 8-10 people

    I made this recipe and used cucumbers and celery instead of the artichoke hearts for crunchiness. Delicious! I like that it uses fat free cream cheese instead of mayo! - 4/8/11
