Ingredients

1 cup Water, warm
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
3 cup Flour, white
3 tbsp Vital wheat gluten
2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
Tips
TIP:You may need to let the buns rise longer if you have a cooler house.
TIP: Try letting the buns rise in the oven with just the light on.
TIP: Make an egg wash with one large egg and 1 tsp of water. Coat the tops lightly to get a glossy finish after baking
Directions
1. Add ingredients to the bread maker in order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Set bread maker on dough setting for medium loaf (1.5 lbs) and start.
3. Line a cookie sheet (with edges) with a piece of parchment paper.
4. When dough finished in machine, remove and let rest ten minutes.
5. Separate dough into 12 equal pieces, rounding each one gently and placing evenly on the parchment paper. Flatten slightly as they are placed.
6. Cover with a damp towel let rise until doubled (30-45 minutes).
7. Preheat oven to 400F.
8. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes or until tops are golden. Remove and let cool on a rake before consuming.
