Ingredients

    16 oz Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless
    2 tbsp Garlic powder
    3 tsp Flaxseed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed
    .5 tsp Snacks, pretzels, hard, plain, made with unenriched flour, salted
    5 tsp Dried Oregano (by MATMAN823)
    1 serving EGG organic large kirkland (by MGA1954)

Directions

1. Preheat oven on bake to 350
2. Combine dry ingredients in a bag or on a plate
3. Scramble an egg in a soup plate (you only really need 1/2 an egg, but how does THAT work?)
4. Dry breasts, dip well in egg, then coat with dry ingredients
5. Put on ungreased tinfoil or lightly greased cookie sheet
6. 20-25 minutes in the oven
7. Let cool before storing
