Introduction

This is the easiest meatloaf I have ever put together. It is also the tastiest - probably not the lowest calorie - but not bad either.
You can also use all beef if you wish.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef, lean
    1 lb Ground Turkey (or what meat you like - check calories tho)
    1 Package Stovetop Stuffing - dry
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup BBQ Sauce, your favourite flavor
    2 large Eggs

Directions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well (easier with your hands).

Form into a loaf on a tray lined with parchment paper, or pack in a 9x5 loaf pan. (if you wish, you may add more bbq sauce to the top before baking)

Bake in preheated 375F oven for 1 hour.

Serving Size: "makes 12 slices"
