Introduction
This is a refreshing way to drink water and help lose weight at the same time. The fresh ginger helps to calm and sooth the GI tract as well as being tasty. Ingredients

9 cups of water (tap, bottled, etc)
1 tsp freshly grated ginger root
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 peppermint leaves
Directions
1. Peel the ginger root before grating it. It doesn't take much to get a tsp of freshly grated ginger root. and put into pitcher.
2. Peel the cucumber then slice it very thinly and add it to pitcher.
3. Wash the lemon well, then thinly slice and add to pitcher.
4. Wash the peppermint leaves and add to pitcher.
5. Add the water to the pitcher and put into the refrigerator overnight.
Makes 9 1-cup servings, enough for a full day's worth of tasty water!
