Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 cup Great Value Old Fashioned Oatmeal (dry)
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .75 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt
    .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    .25 cup Honey
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Combine all ingredients into medium bowl and mix well
Pour into loaf pan (or mini loaf pans) sprayed with oil spray
Bake 30-40mins or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean

Serving Size: Makes one loaf of bread but I made 9 mini loaves
