This tender lamb is always a hit at dinner parties--and it's SO easy to make! This tender lamb is always a hit at dinner parties--and it's SO easy to make!
Number of Servings: 20


    4 lbs leg of lamb, rolled
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pkg (1.5 oz size) onion soup mix
    5 cups water
    1 sweet onion, sliced


Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low. Remove roast and let set 20 minutes before carving. Slice thin.

  • Amazing and easy. I had to use less water because it wouldn't fit with the piece of meat in my smaller crockpot. Add as much water as you can and then adjust the amount of soy sauce and soup mix used so its not too strong. Broth is very greasy so using a separator may be a good idea. - 7/6/10
