Introduction

Ingredients

    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    .5 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
    5.33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tsp Cavendar Greek Seasoning (by CHEMRULZ)
    2 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp
    .125 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 clove Garlic
    .5 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)

Directions

Shred cabbage in food processor (or buy the pre shredded angel hair). Combine with chopped scallion. Set aside in bowl. Mince garlic clove and remaining ingredients in mason jar. Put on lid and Shake to combine. Pour over slaw and stir to coat. Refrigerate at least two hours. Best if eaten within 24 hours (it gets soggy).

Serving Size: 6-8 1/2 cup servings
