Ingredients

    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 tbsp Oregano, ground
    dash of garlic powder
    .25 tsp -.5 tsp Salt (to taste)
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    2 strips fully cooked Bacon, Apple Smoked, Uncured, Trader Joe's

Directions

Nuke bacon according to instructions and crumble. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, form into one inch balls and cook on ungreased cookie sheet in oven at 450 for approximately 20-30 minutes. (check every 5 minutes).
