Ingredients

    1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
    2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
    1 sack Cabbage, Dole Classic Cole Slaw
    1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrot, raw shredded
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

Leftovers keep two days


Directions

Mix vinegar and sugar. Add oil. Add cabbage and carrots to dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss with fingers to combine. Adjust seasoning. Let stand 20 minutes. Re-toss and serve.
