    0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    .5 cup Wheat bran, crude
    16 tsp Becel Margerine
    1.5 cup (1 serving) Fiber One Cereal, original
    1.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
    2 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Flour, white
    .5 cup, packed Raisins (optional
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 tsp Salt


oil spray in muffin pan
blend together margarine and Splenda, add egg and beat
1 cup wheat bran add .5 cup boiling water to moisten, let sit 2 minutes
add 1.5 cups Fiber One cereal and 1.5 cups low-fat buttermilk (buttermilk is the secret) and blend
add margerine, Splenda and egg and mix well
mix whole wheat flour and white flour and 1 tsp baking soda, .5 tsp salt
blend in flour mix
add raisins at end and blend
bake in oil sprayed 12 cup muffin pan


bake 400 degrees for 22 minutes
