Really good. Not really a parfait, but I couldn't think of a better word. Not really Greek either, but it uses Greek yogurt!A little high in calories, but really balanced and full of protein and good fats to keep you going. Really good. Ingredients

2% Greek Yogurt (plain), 1 cup
Walnuts, 1/4 cup, chopped
Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
Banana, sliced
Directions
Mix yogurt and syrup. Add walnuts and mix. Top with banana.
If you want, feel free to add granola or some other cereal for crunch and a little fiber/carb.
