Really good. Not really a parfait, but I couldn't think of a better word. Not really Greek either, but it uses Greek yogurt!

A little high in calories, but really balanced and full of protein and good fats to keep you going.

Ingredients

    2% Greek Yogurt (plain), 1 cup
    Walnuts, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
    Banana, sliced

Directions

Mix yogurt and syrup. Add walnuts and mix. Top with banana.

If you want, feel free to add granola or some other cereal for crunch and a little fiber/carb.
