Tips

Lessen the effect of the canned sodium by rinsing the beans before cooking, but think about adding some water to the saucepan to make up for the liquids rinsed off. Start with 1/2 cup of water and increase gradually. You can always add water, but you cannot (easily and without sacrificing flavor) take it away.

Directions

In a saucepan, mix one can each of:

-Rotel Hot Diced Tomatoes with Habaneros (10 oz can undrained)
-Bush's Best Light Red Kidney Beans (16 oz can undrained)
-Bush's Best Cannellini Beans (15.5 oz can undrained)
-McCormick Chili Mild Seasoning (1 packet)

Bring to boiling then reduce heat and simmer covered for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
