Ingredients

    8 cup Salad - Mixed Greens (Fresh Express)
    2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    1 medium Carrots, raw
    2 serving Tortilla Chips (Tostitos Restaurant Style) 1 svg=7 chip or 1 oz/28g 140 cals
    4 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz
    2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce, World Harbor (by BROOKLYNGIRL)
    1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    .66 tbsp Honey
    1 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
    1.16 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil

Directions

Marinate chicken breast for at least an hour. Once marinated, bake for 20 minutes at 350° or until done. Let cool and then slice it up into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the mustard, honey, red wine vinegar, and olive oil in a small bowl and set aside.

Arrange salad greens, tomato, red onion, and carrots on a plate. Top top with chicken breast and then add the dressing. Crunch up the tortilla chips and sprinkle on top.
