Mix in a tbsp of jelly/preserve of your choice with a 1/3 cup of part-skim ricotta cheese in a bowl. Mix them together for about a minute until you reach the consistency you like. Then break a graham cracker sheet in half. Use a spoon to drop a whopping portion of the ricotta cheese and jelly/preserve spread onto both sheets.
